Executive Leadership Development
Personalized, focused and strategic coaching for senior women leaders — navigating transitions, complexity, and growth.
Turning reflection
into clarity, and
clarity into action.
I work with senior women leaders who are navigating milestone professional transitions, wanting to optimize their executive presence, leading teams and projects in complex environments, carrying a high mental and emotional load, or having to perform in uncertain conditions.
Together, we work to clarify what truly matters to you, align your leadership with your values, and build sustainable ways of performing and thriving.
If you are like many of my clients, you may be:
Feeling stretched between competing priorities. Questioning what's next or what you really want. Craving time and space to think deeply, without judgment. Wanting more alignment between your work, your leadership, and your life.
You lead, influence, decide, and hold space for others every day. Coaching gives you a structured and confidential space to step back from that, and think clearly about what comes next.
It is a space to slow down and think strategically — not a quick-fix, but a thoughtful partnership when clarity matters, decisions carry weight, and how you lead must align with who you are.
Coaching gives you space to:
We meet for 20–30 minutes at no charge to explore what coaching truly is, discuss your context, clarify what you'd like to explore, and see whether there's a good fit to work together.
You leave with more clarity on your needs and possible next steps — regardless of whether we decide to work together.
If we move forward, we define together our unique coaching agreement and an initial series of 6 to 8 sessions over 3–4 months. Sessions are 60 minutes by videoconference, in English or French.
Between sessions, you experiment, observe patterns, and reflect using prompts we define together. I remain available in between sessions if you'd like support.
Our conversations are fully confidential, within the limits of applicable law.
My practice is grounded in professional coaching ethics and a deep respect for the unique context and complexity of each client.
LanguageCoaching can be conducted in French or English, depending on your preference and comfort.

You do not need to already have the answers. You only need the willingness to pause, reflect, and explore what you want your next chapter to look like.— Karine Kay Limage
